How We Work

AI-First Research

Every member builds a personal AI assistant and actively uses the best AI tools in their research workflow.

Demo-Driven

"If you can't demo it, you haven't finished it." Every project produces 15-second demo videos.

The Running Train

Board → Understand the Engine → Build Your Own Train. Every researcher becomes an independent engineer.

Target Venues

IEEE ISMAR & VR (TVCG track) as primary, expanding to ACM CHI, UIST, CVPR, and ECCV.
